An Architects certificate is when we are called in later in the project. Even if your property is built, we will be able to help! This certificate is beneficial for first time self-builds, builders or developers who do not meet the NHBC certification eligibility. Certificates are subject to our Terms & Conditions and standard survey inspection and the risk management process. For completed properties, please check with the Lender prior to proceeding, as some Lenders have different approval criteria for retrospective cover.
