Pulse Air tightness testing is quicker, cheaper and compliant with UK wide Building Regulations. Air tightness testing has two main purposes:
- To ensure the correct ventilation measures are present in accordance with building standards.
- To ensure compliance with energy efficiency targets.
Pulse is a portable compressed air-based system that is used to measure the air leakage of a building or enclosure at a near ambient pressure level of 4Pa. This method is approved by Scottish Building Standards technical handbook Section 6, CIBSE TM23, Part L1A Building Regulations for England and Wales and PAS 2035 retrofit guidelines.
Leak Checker Diagnostic Fan completes the system providing everything required to carry out air leakage diagnostics and identify unwanted air leakage paths.
Fees are based on your property type/size and lead in times can vary.
